What do I need to know before buying a CNC mill?

You should also check whether the machine can meet your processing requirement, and if need any special accessories. 

Will you sell tools together with machine?

We do not produce tools, but we can help to purchase tools for customers and deliver together. You can specify brand and types you need, and then we can help to make inquiries and purchasing. If you are new in tools area, we can also make recommendation. We have reliable and long term cooperation suppliers of tools, such as SECO, ISCAR, SYIC, ZCCC and so on. 

What is reference point in cnc machine.

The machine reference point is a fixed position point used to detect and control machine tool motion. Generally, the zero point and the reference point of the machine are coincide.

How to check backlash on cnc machine?

Here have two way to setting backlash:1. Mechanical adjustment: adjust the ball screw nut and tighten it. ( note: Can't be too tight)2. It can use the laser interference instrument to detect the backlash value of each position of the machine , and input into the machine internal parameters for compensation.

What kind of CNC system you can use?

Our main system will be use FANUC OI MF from Japan. But in order to meet different customer's requirement, we can also support Siemens from German, Mitsubishi from Japan, Fagor from Spain. Or sometimes, you can also choose China GSK system for economical machine.

What kinds of inspection you will do for each machine?

For each assembly procedure, there is geometric accuracy test. After assembly, spindle accuracy will be tested by dynamical balance testing instrument; 3 axes accuracy will be tested by Ball bar. And laser interferometer to inspect positioning and re-positioning accuracy. Then the inspection team will make full test before delivery and test piece will be done on each machine. Each workpiece will be inspected by CMM, so each machine performance can be checked and kept in record. 

Can you make 5 axis machine?

Presently, most of our 5 axis machine was installed by two axes rotary table. The running for FANUC system can achieve five motion axes with four simultaneously. If adopt Siemens 840D system, it can achieve five axes simultaneously.

What is the difference between model P and SVB?

Model P is our upgrade series from "L "series, and it’s our main sales models now. SVB series were total new model which cooperated and design in Taiwan, all parts are use top brand.

Do you make the CNC machine casting by yourself?

We cooperated with reliable casting suppliers in China.All castings are produced according to our design. All casting are made by HT250 gray cast iron. It will undergo natural stree relief and vibration aging to release the inner strength. 

Do you design the CNC machine by yourself?

Yes, We have 3 R&D centers. It has more than 30 engineers, all with good back ground in mechanical and electric engineering industry. Cooperated with Japan Consultants and also Taiwanese Institute of Machinery research to design new machines.For each machine, it will undergo CAE system to optimize unique machine structure , Finite element method(FEM)to take the scientific analysis.
